Terms of Service

By using GetPaidly's WhatsApp bot or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the service and contact hello@getpaidly.com. These terms apply to all users, including free plan users, Pro subscribers, and Business subscribers.

GetPaidly provides a WhatsApp-based receivables management service that allows businesses to: • Track money owed to them by customers • Send automated payment reminders via WhatsApp • Generate UPI payment links and QR codes • View cash flow summaries and AI-powered forecasts • Export financial data and statement PDFs • Multi-currency support (10 currencies including INR, USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, AED) • Multi-language support (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Portuguese) We also offer free public resources at getpaidly.com: • /templates - 51 free professional invoice templates across 11 categories • /tools - 5 free online tools (UPI QR generator, GST invoice generator, late payment calculator, payment terms generator, WhatsApp link generator) The service is provided "as is" and we may add, modify, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be: • At least 18 years old • A legally registered business or sole proprietor in India (or your country of operation) • The legitimate owner of the debts you are collecting • Using a valid WhatsApp number You may not use GetPaidly to collect fake, fabricated, or fraudulent debts.

You agree NOT to use GetPaidly to: • Send threatening, abusive, or harassing messages to customers • Collect debts that are not legitimately owed • Impersonate other businesses or individuals • Spam customers with excessive reminders beyond our standard schedule • Violate any applicable Indian laws including RBI guidelines on debt collection • Process payments for illegal goods or services Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Free Plan: Available indefinitely with feature limitations (20 transactions/month, 5 contacts). Pro Plan: Rs.299/month or Rs.2,999/year (save Rs.589). Includes unlimited transactions, auto-reminders, AI insights, statement and report PDFs, and cash flow forecasts. Business Plan: Rs.999/month or Rs.9,999/year (save Rs.1,989). Everything in Pro plus REST API access, multi-team support, and priority support. • Billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup • Payment processed via Razorpay • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST • International users see local currency equivalents Early Adopter Promotion: The first 50 onboarded businesses receive Pro plan automatically activated for 60 days at no cost. After 60 days, the account auto-downgrades to Free unless upgraded. Coupon codes EARLY01 through EARLY50 are also available - one per account, redeemable via WhatsApp ("redeem EARLY01") or dashboard. Promo codes expire May 25, 2026. Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of the first payment if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months at our discretion. Early adopter promo periods are not refundable as no payment was made. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

GetPaidly operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform. By using our service, you must also comply with: • WhatsApp Business Policy (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-policy) • WhatsApp Terms of Service We are not responsible for account restrictions or bans imposed by Meta/WhatsApp on either your number or ours due to policy violations.

Your use of GetPaidly is also governed by our Privacy Policy at getpaidly.com/privacy. You retain ownership of your customer and transaction data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers before sharing their contact information with us.

GetPaidly is a tool to help you manage receivables. We are not responsible for: • Customers who refuse to pay despite reminders • Failed UPI transactions due to payment gateway issues • Lost business due to service downtime • Errors in AI-parsed transaction amounts (always verify before confirming) Our maximum liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in subscription fees during that period.

GetPaidly's software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our service.

You may cancel your account at any time by messaging "CANCEL ACCOUNT" to our bot. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if: • You violate these terms • Your account shows suspicious fraudulent activity • Required by law Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India. We encourage resolving disputes informally first by contacting hello@getpaidly.com.
